raid leading
isn’t as rewarding as it sounds like it should be.
and people can be real assholes. like when someone doesn’t show up for raid times event though they’ve rsvp’d so we pug their spot and then the g-quit when we won’t kick the pug. i don’t know how other group work, but i’m not to going to reward a mediocre player for not adhering to raid etiquette.

how times change
not too long ago I was “QQ-ing” over the fact that I couldn’t pull good dps, that my guild didn’t help me gear up and just wasn’t having a good time in game. then 4.3 dropped and I geared my ass of, got clin’s 25k dps butt into a raiding guild and pretty much blew everyone out of the water.
